"Do you have a refund, return or photo reprint policy?"
All sales are final. This policy excludes prints purchased online directly via the soulgazephoto.com galleries. Such prints include a 30 day print quality guarantee by SmugMug.
There will be no refund for digital downloads due to their digital nature or tangible prints and products due to their custom nature.
Reprint Policy: All orders arriving to my business are inspected for quality before being packaged for clients. In the rare event of a defect, I will contact you for approval prior to submitting a remake request to my vendor. You will be notified when your order is being processed, when it arrives for my inspection and packaging and when your order has shipped. All orders are protectively packaged, insured and tracked. I am not liable for damage in shipping, but will gladly assist you how I can with shipping claims. Delivery time depends upon the product's time in production and shipping.
If approved for reprint after delivery, buyer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as I am not liable for lost or damaged items. Returned items must be received to process your request. You will be notified when your order arrives for my inspection, when your reprint is being processed and when your order has shipped. Returns may or may not be used as studio samples at my discretion.
