Shipping rates are based on the final total (after promotional discounts and before 6% KY sales tax). Items are sent via USPS Priority Mail, but please contact me if you prefer UPS or FEDEX. Additional fee may apply depending upon carrier rates.
- Standard: $10 per order
- Rush: $25 per order
- Overnight: $50 per order
If you wish to place an international order, please contact me. Fees will apply. Please be aware, additional charges may apply for shipping/delivery of heavy or delicate items. Please contact me prior to placing a large order as I may be able to reduce the shipping cost.
Soul Gaze Photography, LLC is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays/damage by UPS, Federal Express or US Postal Service
- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery by carrier
- Reshipping when incorrect shipping information is provided
Returns & Exchanges
I want you to love my work just as much as I do, but I know not every image fits the location you had in mind. So, I allow you 30 Days from the date of delivery to enjoy your purchase. If you're still not inspired, send it back and you'll be refunded the purchase price (minus shipping). Contact me so I can watch for your package. This applies to fine art purchases only, all custom orders are final.

FULL RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY DETAILS
Services: There will be no refund for services once service has been rendered. Otherwise, refunds are limited to the amount paid (less the nonrefundable retainer).
Digital Products: There will be no refund for downloads due to their digital nature.
Print Store: Fine Art Prints can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping). All custom orders are final.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Your item must be new and undamaged.
- You are responsible for packaging and shipping costs.
- You are welcome to deliver in-person to save money.
Custom Orders: All custom orders are final. There will be no refund for tangible prints or products purchased by photographic service clients due to their custom nature. EXCEPTION: All prints and products purchased via client galleries at soulgazephoto.com include a 30-day print quality guarantee by SmugMug. Place your order, then reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to request a reprint or refund.
Reprints: All orders arriving to my business are inspected for quality before being packaged for clients. In the rare event of a defect, I will inform you of the delay and will submit a remake request to my vendor at no cost to you. So although there is no refund, there is a 100% quality guarantee.
If approved for reprint after delivery, buyer is responsible for return shipping. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as I am not liable for lost or damaged items. Returned items must be received to process your request. At your request, you will be notified when your order arrives for my inspection, when your reprint is being processed and when your order has shipped. Returns may or may not be used as studio samples at my discretion.
Shipping Refund Exceptions:
- If free shipping is included with your purchase, but you paid for shipping, you'll be refunded.
- If rush or overnight shipping was included with your purchase, but the order was incorrectly sent by regular mail, you will be refunded the shipping fee.
