International orders have different rates and so require a custom quote. 

Overnight: $35 per order

Processing and delivery time varies depending upon the product ordered. 


Easy Returns & Exchanges

I want you to love my work just as much as I do, but I know that not every image fits the location you had in mind. So, I allow you 30 Days from the date of delivery to enjoy your purchase. If you're still not inspired after a few days, send it back and you'll be refunded the purchase price (minus shipping). Contact me so I can watch for your package. Then, lovingly wrap and insure your item(s) and mail them to:

Return of your order is required and may be used as publicly viewed samples or destroyed and recycled. 


Refund Policy

Services: There will be no refund for services once service has been rendered. Otherwise, refunds are limited to the amount paid (less the nonrefundable retainer).   

Digital Products: There will be no refund for downloads due to their digital nature.

Print Store: Fine Art Prints can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping).  

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Your item must be new and undamaged. 
  • You are responsible for packaging and shipping costs.
  • You are welcome to deliver in-person to save money.

Custom Orders: There will be no refund for tangible prints or products due to their custom nature. All prints and products purchased via client galleries at soulgazephoto.com include a 30-day print quality guarantee by SmugMug. 

Reprints: All orders arriving to my business are inspected for quality before being packaged for clients. In the rare event of a defect, I will contact you for approval prior to submitting a remake request to my vendor at no cost to you. So although there is no refund, there is a 100% quality guarantee. 

If approved for reprint after delivery, buyer is responsible for non-refundable return shipping. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as I am not liable for lost or damaged items. Returned items must be received to process your request. At your request, you will be notified when your order arrives for my inspection, when your reprint is being processed and when your order has shipped. Returns may or may not be used as studio samples at my discretion. 

Shipping Refund Exceptions: 

  • If free shipping is included with your purchase, but you paid for shipping, you'll be refunded except for items that are returned.
  • If rush or overnight shipping was included with your purchase, but the order was incorrectly sent by regular mail, you will be refunded the shipping fee.
