The Year 2016
Even into this year, I was still dealing with the aftermath from my Husband's job loss at the end of 2015 and catching up on delayed projects. I chose to not accept new clients for the majority of the year. Yet, this was still a year with great images. My style evolved without me knowing it. I was honored to join the National Weather Service damage survey for an EF0 tornado near Glasgow, Kentucky and to photograph an engagement and wedding for the father of the groom who is a kindred spirit and friend.
Projects: Beautiful Frost, NWS survey, Candela engagement + wedding, Amneal Pharma.
The Year 2015
The year began with snow on Valentine's day. In the spring, I photographed a beautiful senior at a cave covered in graffiti, along trails at Mammoth Cave National Park and in the freezing cold water at Nolin Lake. I documented Scotty's Contruction as they repaved HWY 839 where I live. I had a multi-session commercial project for Southern Heritage Wood Artisans. Three weddings in three months ended the year.
Projects: Summer, Repaving HWY839, Southern Heritage Wood Artisans, Jessie, Daniel and Trivett Wedding.
The Year 2014
This was quite a busy year. A menagerie of environmental portraits, commercial and realty projects, a funeral, reviews, a wedding, personal galleries such as the black widow photographed in my office and a rare snow while fall leaves were still colorful. I officially registered as Soul Gaze Photography, LLC.
Projects: Jewelry In Candles, Mice Fetuses, Schick Hydrosilk, Winter at Pond, Schoepflin Funeral, 72 Oak Circle, Jadore VoxBox, Spring, Quaker Warm and Crunchy, Special K Coffeehouse, Starbucks Blonde Roast Veranda, Lauren & Josh, Gillette Fusion Proglide, Southern Black Widow, TLC VoxBox, Park Lane Jewelry, Gosser Wedding, Kristin & Trey, Susan & Marvin, Fall Snow, Philmo Inc.
The Year 2013
A less productive year professionally, however 'Jeremiah' is a project that I am the quite proud of. I was contacted to donate services for a project where images of local children in need for adoption were to be displayed at The Children's Gallery at SKyPAC in Bowling Green, Kentucky to raise awareness.
