Recently trimmed, trees were scattered along the banks of Cumberland River. They were a warning of the power this waterfall has when in full force. However, the real reminder is visible in the huge boulders just downstream.

Just a couple years later, winter displayed its beauty too. Cumberland Falls has neighbors, and both Yahoo Falls and Eagle Falls had also frozen. Even the mighty Cumberland Falls had ice surrounding it like beautiful, but cursed frosting. Sharp, it's edges can cut with precision.
