✓ Transparent Pricing
Fair and transparent pricing, customizable for each client's unique needs. Payment plans are available as well as trade for services. 6% KY sales tax is added to all services and products.
✓ No Local Travel Fees
Barren County and surrounding counties in Kentucky are included for services and print or product delivery. Travel beyond this area is billed at the current IRS mileage rate, calculated using Google Maps.
✓ Password-protected online gallery
Easy viewing, downloading, and optional print ordering for friends and family with client able to choose which images are private. Includes ordering assistance and local delivery.
✓ All digital files with print release + professional editing
No limits on photos taken and no choosing favorites. You get every image to download, print, and share however you'd like. Each image is carefully edited to enhance the subject/scene. All images are high-resolution digital files ready to use for web and print.
✓ Usage Rights & Licensing
Personal Use License (included):
Personal use printing and posting on personal social media accounts. Images may not be used for commercial or business-related purposes without an upgraded license.
Standard Marketing License (Add-on):
Two years of commercial use for web, social media, email and print marketing, advertising and promotional materials.
Extended Perpetual License: (Add-on):
Perpetual use license is available by request for an additional fee.
✓ Privacy Options
All clients sign a model release to specify where and how their images can be used. This is especially important for children. Though I'd love to use the images in my portfolio/marketing, I respect your right to privacy.

Sessions include an online gallery for 24/7 ordering and you can schedule private ordering assistance with local delivery. Prints can be classic or upgraded to fine art papers with archival 100yr guarantee.
Portrait Photography
I create portraits for individuals, couples, and families at all ages and stages of life. Whether you want formal portraits where I guide you through poses, a lifestyle session where I document your real life, or a combination of both, I'm here to capture memories for this and future generations.
Mini Session — $150
Up to 30 minutes | Updated photos when time is limited. Simple, efficient session.
Classic Session — $350
Up to 1 hour | Plenty of time for multiple outfit changes, and a mix of formal and lifestyle casual poses.
Extended Session — $450
Up to 2 hours | Ideal for large families, multiple locations, or capturing a special adventure.
Wedding Photography
Coverage includes every stage of your wedding: the rehearsal, getting ready, ceremony, portraits, and reception. Small & Intimate Weddings photographed in a photojournalistic style that authentically documents your unique story.
Elopement/Micro — $800
Up to 2 hours | includes ceremony + portraits. Perfect for elopements, courthouse ceremonies, and intimate celebrations with close family and friends.
Half Day — $1600
Up to 4 hours | getting ready through early reception. Ideal for smaller weddings. Coverage from getting ready through early reception, ceremony, family portraits, and couple portraits.
Full Day — $3200
Up to 8 hours | full coverage, rehearsal to reception exit. Complete documentation of your entire wedding day. Getting ready, ceremony, family and wedding party portraits, couple portraits, reception through your exit or last dance.
Add-Ons
- Engagement Session: $250
- Additional Hour: $400/hour
- Second Photographer: $200/hour (subject to availability)
Wedding dates book quickly during peak season (April-October). Reach out 6-12 months in advance to verify availability. Secure your preferred date with signed contract and 50% retainer. Remaining balance due 2 weeks before. Payment plans are available.

I also offer website design, social media management, graphic design, and comprehensive marketing services. Ask about bundled pricing when you book photography and save money when you combine services.
