Soul Gaze
Soul Gaze Photography, LLC began as a personal creative project long before it became a business. Founded by Amber Flowers, a Barren County High School Class of 2002 graduate, the name “Soul Gaze” was chosen in 2003 after years of photography as a hobby dating back to high school. What started with a camera and an interest in visual storytelling gradually expanded into website design, branding, and marketing as the internet and social media evolved.
From early website building on Yahoo! GeoCities to maintaining an online presence before the rise of Myspace and joining Facebook in 2009, Soul Gaze developed alongside the changing digital landscape. The business was officially registered as an LLC in 2014 in Glasgow.
Over the years, freelance work with local newspapers as both a reporter and photographer helped shape a documentary and community-focused approach to storytelling, including front-page publication in both print and online editions.
Today, Soul Gaze Photography combines photography, website design, and creative marketing with a simple goal: helping people tell their story and businesses and organizations grow their presence both online and within their community.

Over the years, Soul Gaze Photography has worked with a diverse range of clients, from local entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses to nonprofits, government agencies, healthcare organizations, and national institutions. Past clients include Mammoth Cave National Park, Friends of Mammoth Cave National Park, the National Weather Service Louisville, Glasgow Fire Department, Glasgow Daily Times, the American Cave Conservation Association, TJ Samson Health, and many others.

Tristan Flowers
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
As the son of Soul Gaze Photography owner Amber Flowers, Tristan has spent much of his life around photography, creative projects, and small business operations. Today, he is building his skills in photography, digital media, and business while balancing AP and dual-credit coursework at Barren County High School.
