Night Vision Goggles Used to Observe and Photograph Comet Neowise

Thankful for the darkness at Mammoth Cave National Park which made it possible to see it with my naked eye and capture a few photos. Night vision goggles show stars with clarity. Used while I count bats, they enable me to see bats enter and exit caves and structures without disturbing them as a flashlight or headlamp would do. On this night, looking up came with a surprise. I returned another night with my camera, lenses and tripod to photograph it.
