Why I use Dubsado for my Online Contracts, Invoices, & Project Management

I know you’re thinking, “what the heck is Dubsado?” Am I right? The name is strange, has an explanation here. Dubsado is essentially an online software that allows users to send contracts and invoices online along with scheduling, automation, project and client management and reporting all in one place.

Dubsado has provided me with another way to be an eco-friendly business in a cute and customizable way. With the form builder, we can create a form or document that is as professional or fun, with animated gifs being a possibility, not just photos. Dubsado helps me to be more organized and save time with automation of repetitive tasks such as emails when someone makes a payment or signs a contract.

By utilizing this software, I’m able to save money, make money and look professional. All wins! There’s no reason not to at least try Dubsado so you can see how it works for your business’s needs and goals. The software works great for many industry types, such as service providers, designers and more.

At one time, I was using 17Hats for project and client management, but the font choices and things were just too outdated visually. Comic sans anyone? No thank you. It had potential, but not as many features or the refinement that Dubsado has AND Dubsado impressed me with the transparency, frequent updates and great support such as the ability to reach out by chat.

Overall, I’ve enjoyed all the many features (see them here) Dubsado offers, however my favorite feature is the bookkeeping which allows me to stay organized for tax season. Oooo or maybe it’s the Client Portal, which provides my clients with a custom project account where they can login to view contracts and pay invoices. It’s a tough choice as far as my favorite feature. All Dubsado needs is an app and then they’re going to be headed right to the the top of the online software food-chain as that’s something also not commonly provided by competitors. The website does work on mobile though, so no worries!
